The ICA Conference Room on the ground floor accommodates up to 50 people. A medium size seminar room on the ground floor is available as a break out room for the conference room or as a meeting space for up to 20 people. On the first floor the Alice Du Jardin Seminar Room can accommodate up to 12 people.
In order to keep the cost as low as possible we ask each group to set up the rooms themselves with chairs and tables
available in the room and to reset the room when they finish.
Some conference equipment is available. Catering for coffee breaks and lunches is available.
The ICA is located near the centre of Brussels (Click here for a map), the European Community offices and easily
accessible to public transportation. The ICA centre provides a welcoming atmosphere.
The Centre office is open Monday through Friday from 8.00 until 20.00.
